Freelander 1 Can Anyone tell me what this is? - Its from a LR SV Commecial FL1 Td4

Found this on the OSF Inner Wing, spot welded to the suspension mounting part of the inner wing.
I'm trying to find the SV Tag with order number and build date - but can't see it anywhere.

can anyone shed some light on this please?

Hi.. It's a 2003 53Plate SWB 4x4 Light Commercial - owned since it was 2 yrs old - and previously owned by a business in Rotherham

I think comerciais were built by Special Vehicles Departamento, might have something to do with that

It's true special vehicles were involved. FL1 commercial was built on the normal track from scratch as a 3 door, then taken oft part built to be finished by special vehicles near the end. 6th character of the vin will be a B if it's a real commercial. Should have special vehicle badges on the side anorl.

And one of these near the bonnet catch
