Are these devices simply a diagnostic tool or are they able to access ECUs to reset or make changes. Been thinking about getting one but if they are too limited in their application i might give them a miss.
 
I keep hearing about getting vehicles connected to diagnostics and getting ride heights calibrated and abs sensors calibrated and such like.
Basically, i don't want to go spending a load of money on just a fault code reader and then find i have to go to a stealer to get a reset or adjust, re calibrate an issue.
