if you only get the noise when you are putting force through the drive train and not when the disco is crusing would indicate to me that the clutch is on its way out. sorry to be negative.

Yep, that sounds about right. Think i will cut them all, fit crimp male and femal to them all then un-plug one at a time.

Thank's for that, do you know if the rear door on the 300 has any adjustment on the hinges? I have noticed that it leaks,(no surpries there)! The rear door does not seem to seal at the top on to the door rubber.
