yep that is correct to adjust the shoes to the disc but the cable then needs to adjust,,, the lever is suposed to auto adjust up 'bmw ****e design' but this one isn't

yep ur right it probably has reached it's max, however i saw a ebay ad for a secondhand 1 and he said he'd 'reset' the auto adjusting part so it would work again on another motor, but can't see anything on lever to 'reset'. guess i'll need to remove center console to see, but if any1 knows how...

hi, have had new rear suspension fitted to rear of l322, adjusted up rear handbrake shoes but handbrake lever is not auto adjusting up, is there a way to reset the auto adjusting part inside the lever asembley??
