Was a good event. Was marshaling from Wednesday - Sunday. Was a bit... damp on Sunday, which is why they had to re-route around the main rock section as most of it was a metre deep waterfall!

Confirmed (by forestry commission on phone). The ONLY trail for vehicles through that wood (and the one after it) is the one going west to east, and Peddars Way. Anywhere off those tracks are 'Section 59 ticket' territory.
And for an added bonus, those woods are SSSI's.

Could you advise on any other nearby places they can go to instead? (on the basis that if they're somewhere fun AND legal, they're not off being somewhere...

Anyone familiar with the Croxton Heath area? Specifically the 'bomb holes' Off Hereward Way? Got some friends that play up that way, but have a feeling they're venturing into in 'section 59' territory.
