We ended up shipping it to New York we have so far driven it all the way down to the bottom of Argentina we are then on our way to Uruguay to ship the car back to the uk the only fault so far after 18000 miles of driving and 3000 miles off road was a universal joint needing replacing

I'm thinking of importing a series 1 from uraguay as I'll be shipping my D1 back to the UK from there after finishing the pan American highway in it. I was wondering what work would need to be done to convert it from left to right hand drive? Thanks

I have just found the original makers of the Camel and G4 plaques and they still make them, the camel ones that they do are the correct size for the defender's, discovery's, range rovers and the the series but they don't seem to make the ones for the Freelander they are called Sprint Signs...
