Disco 2 Rear chassis leg replacement

I have just purchased a discovery 2 1999 GS the rear nearside chassis leg will need replacing to get it through the MOT however i cant find any threads on here on how this is done, if it can be done by lifting the rear end of the body above the chassis slightly, and generally how it is done with the replacement legs.
so does anyone know of a thread showing how this is done?

you dont lift the body but you need to drop the fuel tank

Get in there with a knocking stick and search out all the bad bits, it's always worse that it first looked.
