there is a difference in the springs between lhs and rhs make sure you put them on the right way round

The bolts are metric due to the engine being out of a late series 3 when they started putting 5 bearings on the main crank opposed to three belive they done this post 1980 hence metric

It was the bolts i was after got them today found out they are M6 bolts now just have the joy of removing the one that has snapped off in the head.

Having major problems trying find new replacement thermostat housing fixings (three bolts) for a 2.25 n/a 5mb out of a series 3 any help even a part number would help.
