Torque for cylinder head

Anyone got the cylinder heads torque settings for a ser3 4 cylinder 2.25 na diesal please trying to get it ready for its first mot for 3 years

The thought occurs, that if you dont have one of the books with that kind of info in it, should you REALLY be waving spanners around the engine bay?
