TD5 uses Delphi unit injectors, which are also used in our trucks at work. These we have found to really not like bio, and when they go pop, so does your pocket. Still not sure..... Rob

Sounds like a TD5, it has a self protecting ECU that shut's your turbo off in the event of over-heating. The fact you kept on driving it even when there is obviously a problem is worrying. Is the water level low when you check it? Open the bleed screw on the top hose and see it there is any...

I believe the flashing odometer is indicating a difference between the reading on the clocks and the mileage recorded on the body control unit. Has anyone changed the clocks by any chance? Rob

Look for signs of coolant leaking down the edges of the radiator, common to leak here, also look at the joint to the head from the top hose, just an 'o' ring seals here. Failing that, it's a pressure test mate. Rob

Nope, just turn the ign on and floor the throttle pedal a few times until the feul light flashes on the dash. It self primes from there. Might have to do it a couple times. Rob
