After some days I have found it (sorry for the extremely late answer)
The vacuum hose of the turbocharger duct at the backside of the engine was torn and so it got false air

As I had is this week, on a long trip, for several times.

No lights went on (and off)
In France it is allowed to drive 130kmh (>80 miles) with caravan.
I did it for 1 hour last year no problem. Not twisty at all.
Normally I drive 100kmh (65 miles). Saves fuel.

Yesterday we drove from Belgium to home (Nederland) with caravan.

Haha I found the problem.
Today on the way to the supermarket the engine was running badly.
The engine management lamp was on almost continously.
There was almost no accelleration. Finally at reached 40.

Yes it was fuse 7 in engine bay and not fuse 7 in passenger side (for me driver side)

As I can not find the way to start a new thread I try it here:
My FL Td4 2003 5door Hazard warning lights do not work.
The indicators work fine.
And more when I lock or unlock the car/doors with my remote

Why do you need a new MAF?
Did you try to clean it?
in 99% of all cases dirt inside the MAF causes malfunctioning.
Take the MAF part out of the system (2screws on top of the system)
Yes they are strange types, but with one of your cutting tools it should be possible to get them...

In January I had to replace the slave cylinder of my 2003 Td4.
But now after a few month and 8000 km I have to fill the master cylinder every 2 weeks
and the gear shifting it not smoothly at all.
At most partshops they have original FL stuff and cheaper after market stuff.

No I am not loosing hydraulic fluid in the footwell. The master cylinder is new.(yesterday)
I loose the fluid under the bleeding nipple.

Hello all
Yesterday I placed a new master clutch cilinder after I could press the pedal to the floor
while nothing happened. There was enough brake fluid in the cup.
Today I drove around and after each km the gear switching was getting worse.
I bleede the slave and all worked perfect, but...

Hello all
I did all instructions in the item, but there is something with the DLL I use.
It gives all kind of erros like : program too old, or DLL not good.
Who can send me the richt DLL to copy into the 3 directories?
