Got the answer off some guys. Makes no difference which way up/down on the heavy duty springs....however, they are side specific.. May be of help for someone else carrying out this work.:)

Both sides are flat on the rear ,ulike the front.Nothing on the terrafirma website.

Hi Chaps need some help regards terrafirma heavy duty rear springs.I believe these are fjtted with the tighter coils sitting uppermost but for the life of me i cannot tell the difference. What i have noticed on the bottom of ea ch spring there is a notched piece right on the end.Can anyone tell...

Thanks for the advice guys..Took me hours to remove the rotten, rusted nuts of the turrets and the two bolts holding the strut in place. Thought it would be a good idea to replace the front and rear brake hoses....Rust slows things down though... we will get their.

Hi Guy's Looking for a few tips on jacking up the disco on my drive.Struggled today to get enough articulation on the front to get it to drop enough. I have a good trolley jack and 4 stands. Any recomme dations on jacking greatly appreciated...

Just removed my ACE.I purchased a kit from island 4x4 for just under £300.00. I have used them on numerous occasions and service is good.

I have just removed the ace system of my disco 2 so have spares,block,pump

Just took the two spaniels to the vets and noticed a prominent clicking coming form the gearbox which only happens when i down shift from 5th to 4th. Sounds expensive,any ideas:confused:

Hi Chaps Started to hear a loud buzzing from the engine bay and discovered it was coming from the Egr module. I have blanked off the Egr valve so is this module still required? If so will it be a replacement unit,more cash:confused:
