Disco 2 suspension

Hi Chaps
need some help regards terrafirma heavy duty rear springs.I believe these are fjtted with the tighter coils sitting uppermost but for the life of me i cannot tell the difference. What i have noticed on the bottom of ea ch spring there is a notched piece right on the end.Can anyone tell me if this sits on the top or bottom.

The side that is flat sits at the top

Both sides are flat on the rear ,ulike the front.Nothing on the terrafirma website.

Got the answer off some guys. Makes no difference which way up/down on the heavy duty springs....however, they are side specific..

May be of help for someone else carrying out this work.
