    Lift up the Offside wheel grab it and check for play as you need to check the brakes any how, like I said I can't confirm it is my brakes as the swivels gone :) I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong I've only owned a disco since April after all

    My disco does this but the swivel pin is gone on the OSF wheel so there's a load of play in it so I can't say if it's just the brakes so you could see if yours has play in it. Could be wrong I'm No mechanic :)

    If it's just a chip see if auto glass can repair it when I had my vectra I wasn't covered and I shopped around local companies and got one 130 fitted so do try shop around before you agree to some over priced company

    The abs is at fault so believe it is disabled? I shall check the pipes tomorrow if its not raining to much .Discool is there a way to see if it is leaking into the reservoir? Or would I have to tale it all apart?

    Yes I assumed something is leaking, I replaced the NS Front caliper but have checked it and no sign of leaking. Is there a way of tracing a leak or is it just based on looking at the pipes while someone pumps the brake pedal
