Yes mate. Put new batteries in both. Have just checked the main battery and put a drop tester on it and found it’s just going into the weak. Voltage seems ok, but put in on charge over night and see what’s the amps are tomorrow.

Looks like got to the root of the problem. The joints on the prop are fine and it all feels ok when on, but when I am at a certain position on the propshaft the double cardan part wobbles and has loads of play. Going to order a new prop and a repair kit for old prop then I have a spare. Thanks...

Hello again. Have just been under the landy to see if I could see anything amiss and had another good look at front propshaft. I have noticed that at the double cardan end there is slight play up and down, not in the uj’s But in the joint, is this right or should there be no play?

Going to swap rear wheels onto front tomorrow and check everything.

I did mate, didn’t seem any play. If it were transfer box or gearbox, would it give same symptoms? Just trying to rule out things.
