Crank sensor is one of the only sensors on the TD5 that can stop it from starting, any wiring faults or damage to the sensor can cause it to turn over for ages before firing up

The washers that cup the bushes look like they are on there? On the rear ones the middle washers are welded/rusted on to the bracket normally

Would be worth having a look at the calipers to see if they are seized. Were the springs sided?

Have you put silicone around the bit where the roof meets the windscreen? That cured mine. Although, there was a heavy thunderstorm last week and I left the flaps open resulting in a large puddle on the mats...

Remember to knock in the staking on the nut by where the flat bit on the stub axle is

I put new bolts on the swivel ball when I changed mine as the old ones are normally fubar
