Folks, Thanks for the help to those who were helpfull, It turned out to be the hub bearings which was flagging an intermitent fault with the abs sensor so I replaced the o/s/f hub (c/w abs sensor) which has fixed the problem and now all lights are out and all systems are go... Thebiglad...

Hello folks, I'm looking for some help with my 2002 disco td5 facelift model, i have the handbrake/low brake fluid warning light on along with the abs light, TC, and hill descent light, i have heard of the 3 amigo's but not 4! the TC and ABS is not working, the fluid level of the brake fluid...

Folks, Last night i did an oil and filter(s) change on my 2002 85k Disco TD5, I put in Castrol 10w 40 B3 magnatec diesel oil but after doing this change and tidying up i noticed the recomendation chart on the oil container, it says all Landrover diesels except TD6, TD5, etc:( Will this do my...

Guys just a few questions about the TD5 - Is the engine oil volume 7.2 litres including filters being changed? What is the torque figure for the 2 bolts that hold the rotor filter housing lid on? (heard these are commonly stripped) Does the TD5 benefit from a flush prior to the new oil...

Apparently if you get rid of the ACE you get rid of the problems associated with it so as DisTD5co said it would probably be good to get shot of it. The dealer told me they can look into it but find it just has more problems later so they are doing alot more Anti roll bar conversions now.

I have an 02 Disco 2 TD5 and have had a few problems with the ACE system (yellow light, redlight and warning pings) the dealer has offered to do away with the ace system and replace with standard anti roll bars for me (under warranty) can anyone tell me if they have done this and any pro's and...
