    OK removed thermostat. Same issues when working engine harder. Yes exhaust gases in coolant. No oil in water. No water in oil. Never misfires.     Yes as you say coolant pipes rock hard and will spew if I let it! But after spending quite a lot on the top end , as previously stated (Heads skimmed and pressure tested etc) Just seems such a shame as it runs so well! Looking for big miracle! or any advise ;)

    Thanks for the safety warning. But if I use the Nanocom to inflate to 47cm each side via calibration. Then pop take out the compressor fuse and set the ecu to springs Then there is no way I can over inflate. Question is , will swapping ecu to springs open all the valves!so i end upon bump stops...
