Am travelling in Spain, left hand rear suspension when driving goes to full inflation.
Land Rover Valencia have quoted 3-4 days to supply the height sensor I suspect faulty
I have a Nanocom. The height reading jumps all over the place.
Is it possible to Calibrate rear suspension to correct height then remove fuse or relay for SLS and tell the ECU I’m on springs!
Just as a temporary work around?
Any suggestions welcomed!!!

Thanks for the safety warning.
But if I use the Nanocom to inflate to 47cm each side via calibration.
Then pop take out the compressor fuse and set the ecu to springs
Then there is no way I can over inflate.
Question is , will swapping ecu to springs open all the valves!so i end upon bump stops that I’ve just seen ... both are missing Doh!

Inflate the bags to a visual normal height(you can't rely on readings as long as a sensor is bad) and set the system to coils... it will stay on that level for weeks if no leak is present, nothing else is needed

I think @brian47 will know for sure, but I believe that will work. Not sure if you even need to set it to springs, but you would probably get a SLS warning light.
Thanks for tagging me, but TBH, I'm not absolutely sure. I do know that @neilly has looked at a way of inflating and "isolating" the airbags in an emergency but it does involve the use of some Schrader valve adapters.

You called?

Landyair on ebay does a kit to allow the compressor to be isolated from the airbags, then the bags can be pumped up using a std fitting. But not much use to the OP stuck in Spain. As has been stated he can just use his nanocom once he gets the height right-ish using a tape measure.

Cheers

Many thanks Guys. Really really appreciate all your well informed replies.
Pumping both sides to 47cm wheel centre to wheel arch.
This has always been one of the best forum sites for Landies IMO
If anyone is in Spain and needs a Nanocom help! Message me or reply to thread!
