Well sadly the Discovery is being traded in tomorrow, been told the chassis is so bad its best to be scrapped :( unbelievable, its only 10yrs old, seems such a goddamn waste. Cant find anywhere that does discovery galvanised chassis' either

Resurrecting this thread somewhat, Ive found a nice hole about 2" by 2" in the chassis just to the front of the N/S Rear shock. Its also cracking around and underneath running next to the plate that was welded in last year. Wondering if its worth hanging onto the car now as its got the juddering...
