I put in a whole new section running between both seat belt mounts, yrm have all the bits you need

I would blast it so its nice and clean for working on get her welded up then galv it, personally i wouldnt glav it as its hard to paint

I went for a marslands very happy with it iv got 300tdi engine mounts and fuel tank and a td5 rear xmember and they have welded on the brackets for the A frame, i went with them as they were a lot cheaper i didn't see the point in a Richards chassis and i find the original one chassis is strong...

just fully rebuilt front and rear axles i fitted teflon bp swivels with new timken bearings new swivel seal and retaining plate with stainless steel M6 bolts new swivel pins and one shot grease :)

I fitted 4 new stubs ordered 2 thrust bearings from craddocks along with seals amd needle bearings froze the bearings dropped straight in fitted the seal and thrust bearing job done

I work with stainless bolts every day we grease them as they gaul easily all very well saying just drill them out but stainless isnt the easiest to drill

im rebuilding mt 90 and just fitted floflex polly bushes dont know how good they are yet

What about using t wash? Like what you would use on a galv chassis then etch prime it

+2" will be fine with standard radious arms etc but i wouldnt go much more

Hilux or a showgun but seens how im rebuilding ,

Twash it then etch prime it but powder coating will be alot better and look nicer in my opinion

i went for marslands ordered it on monday afternoon ans was up in scotland on wednesday morning, very good quality and the also come with a gear box xmember unlike a richards which is another £100 plus VAT

not hard to change the gear box tunnel, and i would think a tdci bulkhead will be quit expensive plus the dash is different id got for a 200/300 tdi one
