the Lucas 14CUX has at least 3 different part numbers. You can use any of them as far as I am aware. I know I can swap a PRC 7081 with an AMR.... something or other. Just make sure that any substitute ecu is in proper working order; prices vary you can pay anything from £45.00 - £100.00 for an ECU - Personally I wouldn't pay more than £75.00 including postage but that's just me.
