the p38 that the box is in is a n reg is it possiable to swap em over or is it too much hassle an i just gotta bite the bullet

if its lost it code surely puttin in the eka code would reset it

was drivin along an revs where goin up but car was goin no where if u put it in drive an leave it on tick over it will crawl along but there is a real bad vibration comin through the car an i assumed the torque convertor an box was the same as they are both 4hp22 boxes but was gonna use disco...

daft question but have u checked the fuses an relays

brought a w reg d2 4 litre v8 last week with 88k on the clock an today the gearbox is gone in it but i have a 4 litre v8 p38 that im breakin which had a recon box an what im wonderin is can i put the p38 box an torque convertor in the disco an is it a straight swap as i dont fancy the garage...

have u moved any of the linkages
