Hi All,
I need a new front downpipe for the landy. There are lots of standard parts for £30 - 50 is there a performance part that will fit to the exisiting middle and back box. They are too good to replace the whole system so my thought was buy a better one for the front then replace as I go...

Yes I agree however there is a recess where the o ring fits. However I took it to a local fitters shop and lots of heat and two foot stilsons won the day. I need to clean all the rust off now then it can go back together. I can see why it rusts it gets the brunt of all the water.

Hi All I have a problem where the oil cooler pipe wont come free from the male/male adapter. Yep tried everything I can think of. Does anyone have a part No for this so I can get a new one. Its NOT ESR 1253 as it seals against an o ring on both sides.

I am guessing it goes to the susspension capacitor but what should it do?
Its a green-bluish colour.

I can trace it to the big fuse board under the engine bay. Does anyone have a wiring diagramme of what each of the 100A / 60A / 45A fuses feed. I guess sub fuse boards.
I was half way through looking for it when I dropped the lead and...

OK I am back,
The pump timing was out very slightly however when I go back to it now its like the battery is dead but its not so I am now assuming the starter is on its last legs. My telehandler had exactly the same fault , i replaced the starter and its never missed a start since. I have two...

Can you transfer any heat to locally melt the plastic so it grabs again? induction heating would work. i.e heat the metal not the plastic.

I agree with sidways. I cant hear a thing from my autpo box but I do have problems with air in the system and the sloshing in the heater matrix.

Could you drop some glue down the gap to stop it spinning? Do you mean the brass insert into the plastic snorkel.
A pic would be good.
