    I made a start on my s3 today and looking over it both diffs have had it. Now the plan had always been to put a 200tdi in but now im thinking of disco diffs to, but how bad will it be to drive with the 200 tdi, diffs and left on series brakes and box?

    sounds to me somebody tried to be away with it and got spooked. it could be that with it ticking over so long the oil pressure was too low for the temp of the oil or it could have got hot.

    i dont know what the badge is its been worn off. and its not that hansom, needs a full respray. well chuffed with the chassis, and that walnut just adds the homely touches and distracts you from the fact your driving a rattly old landy!

    just wish id kept it i only paid £400 for it and had it on the road 6 months then it was nicked. would of been the perfect opportunity to restore it.

    this is the landy i had stolen around 2 years ago. i got it back but it had been crashed then was stripped the only parts left when it was found is what you see in the pics. i then sold it, big mistake.

    Stolen Landrover problem

    my s3 is currently on the previous owners drive on axle stands. a mate of mine has a motorsport camera in his that records to a magic eye modem in his house on a 23 hour loop. clever idea
