Do you Do you have a part number for the connection that bolts onto the block and the pipes connect to, mine is leaking from the same place

mine does the same, need some clips on

No coolant on EGR, as far as I know, there are 2 coolant pipes on the IRD though.

I used Mr Muscle oven cleaner on mine, soaked obernight, came up a treat.

instead of replacing the whole EGR, block off the exhaust inlet into the EGR with a 22mm copper/steel pipe end piece, remove the EGR and give it a good clean with oven cleaner

will do this myself, intend to do this later in the year, as well as taking off the inlet manifold and doing a decarb

something similar happened to me a couple of weeks ago, it was a corroded brake pipe, new pipes being fitted to OSR brake, will fit new shoes and pins to both sides whilst the vehicle is off the road.

fitted new back box, new wires OSF window, Williams waterless wash, back to black bumpers and trim, cleaned and vacuumed interior, fitted strut to cylinder brake pipe and new shoes OSR brake, to do tomorrow, brake pipe from ABS box to OSR flexy junction, New shoes NSR brake.;)
