Mine did this getting off the ferry in france, shat myself until I realised what the noise was, I just bent the bar towards the front of the disco and it wedged against the lift pump body and never moved again

Isnt that about the rev range the boost pipe begins to push down the diaphram in the injection pump? Mine does it when on veg aswell but I put it down to having it turned up.

I have just done some research and there are some other Uj's used on series landys that are 82mm cap to cap so going to give them a shot, is it possible a front prop from a series would fit on a disco?? I am just wondering how thats happened

In cooler weather I hardly run any veg, maybe 30% and in winter non at all.

Never run it on WVO but on SVO I have been running 90% with a little slower starting but once warm sweet as a nut, lttle smokey but then again my injection pumps tuned up to the 9's

I can fabricate anything I need like brackets on my to be built roof rack, so alls i need is a retacable canopy and I should be good to go. Having trouble fining one.

I have the same issue, thinking of fixing some small plates underneath the lampts ( mine are rectagle) to stop the beam hitting the bonnet, just long enough so the beam skimms the edge of the bonnet.
