Yes, and my grandson (5 he is) uses it as a giant skateboard .... Yesterday I put him on the board, face up, gave him a flashlight in hands and pushed him under the Hippo, he had the time of his life, when I wanted to pull him back he said to wait and to push him from the front towards the rear and back again (one side of the car only as the VCU etc were in the way, later on I'll reverse the car in the garage so that he can have a look at the other half of it ... )
