Anyone know a cheaper than main dealer way of updating the sat nav on a 07 plate? Cheers.
Nice one. Ordered one of them. Bet the price of them will rocket soonOops sorry - I just realised that you really do want a newer set of discs!
The latest (last) available that are compatible are 2011 /2012 - on eBay for under £50 - so instead of having 5 year old info, you can have 2 year old.

I have the same problem with the Becker system as used in the FL1
Out of date discs are not much good really. That's why I now have a Garmin, which I can also use on foot in any unknown city that I might visit.
LandRover as usual have moved on to the latest 'state of the art' technology in their current models and anyone with anything less is left high and dry.

Lots of TomTom's have lifelong map update deals at the moment, just got a Start 60, 6 inch screen for £130 with life long map updates and traffic info for 1 year, but what they dont tell you is that you need a different charging lead, with the required ariel in it, only £50 more !!!!!!!
