I've just bought the same type of under tray as in Hippo's photos above. My question is I need to buy some new mounting bolts as I don't have any that fit. I can see I need six of one size and two smaller ones. Does anyone know the correct size, thread pitch and length so I can go to a bolt shop and buy some.

Any help is much appreciated.:)

The bolts are non standard as the hex. head is smaller than a normal metric bolt however the threads are standard.

4 bolts (2 per side at the rear to Subframe) M8 X 30 mm long
2 bolts to thin brackets attached to plastic tray to subframe crossmember M8 X 20mm long
2 bolts at front fixing M10 X 30mm long
6 flange head self tapping screws for front of tray

The first time I removed the undertray I decided to throw away the rusted original rubbish bolts and replace them with normal stainless steel bolts. Gave the threads a coat of copper grease before reassembly and put stainless washers on them..Never had a problem removing them. I also replaced the flange head self tappers with stainless, from memory I think they were size no. 6 X 20mm long-again no rust problems. :)
