Air in one of the injector lines, checked the leak off pipes lately?Morning! The engine sounds exactly the same as before, apart from its scary fit!! It's around 204,000mls.
I'm going to have it running again this afternoon and see if everything is ok before I put it back on the road for the weekend.
Good pointer, but All the leak pipes were new last year and there isnt a drop of anything to be seen. Not even anti freeze now
. All the testing went great this afternoon and the fan mod along with the bigger fan goes really well. Managed to break into the fan plugs and introduce the relay feed wires into the spades and solder them together. I then got the rubber seal back into the back of the fan plug and seal it up with a bit of silicon gasket sealer. Took for a run down the motorway to warm everything through and charge the battery fully. Absolutely happy

I've tried allsorts Tony three different motor factors and on line. The last pipe I got has a thicker wall so fingers crossed.
