right i have discovered that the lights in the freelander are a bit poo so have decided to order some hids, am i right in thinking i need bi-xenon h4's? i have a 2000 xei.

did a lil search but could not find the answer
 
they are h4 bulbs, however a HID is a different kettle of fish if I remember rightly different wiring etc

They are H4 & Ring do a 60% brighter Xenon gas filled filament bulb which is legal & plugs straight in.

and Halfrauds do +90% light output bulbs for about £20 each with a 2 for 1 offer at the mo.

I have them in my 200Tdi Disco and they make a marked improvement from the two candles normally there.

That's tempting that is. Wouldn't be PIAA bulbs by any chance.
