Would you fit these to a 90?

Hi,
I was wondering if you would fit these SECURITY MT 8PR 7.50.R16LT Tube Type MUD TYRES. NEW TYRES NOT RETREADS ! to a Defender 90
or
am I better to stick to the Scorpion M & S Tyres that are on it at the moment, this vehicle will be 50/50 on road and in the fields,
your thoughts please!!!!

That is the strangest tread pattern I've ever seen. I don't think they will be any use on or off road.

yes but i have a set of scorpian and a set of the security, but i need to know which to keep and which to sell

i prefer the insa saharas, ok not extreme off road tread and they do "sing" on the motorway or anything above 40mph, but they are not as exciting in the rain as special tracks, and dont wear to bad for 50/50 driving

I have securitys on my 109 and have saharas on my 88......they are pretty equal off-road but the securitys are way quieter on-road and wear better (as in slower). The only thing about the securitys is they have a very flexable sidewall which is great for lowered pressure off-road but with a load up on the black stuff you need to stuff loads of air in else its like driving with flats (put up to 50psi backs and 45 fronts)....all in all I'd say they're a great all round (snigger) tyre and wont be buying saharas again.

I dont know scorpians so unlike some here I wont give an opinion on something I know nothing about ......

Would you fit these to a 90?
