Rough running a check engine light and loads of blue/white smoke?

if you hoof it past 3k it runs like **** for a while and smokes, however if it is left to idle is usually clears up, much like it is flooding itself with diesel..

the check engine light also comes on which makes me think it is an electrical fault more than a mechanical one!
would failed injector o rings cause a check engine light?

The oil level is good, if anything it is going down, however it hasn't been topped up in 5k and it does have 190k LOL

any idea to chuck at me chaps?

I saw this video on the tube and it looked rather similar to my issue?

and now mine!

thanks gents/ladies.

MIL(check engine) warning is triggered only by two things on a Td5:
1. Crank sensor
2. Throttle position sensor
nothing else(unless the ECU is fubar)... so i'd say replace the CPS on your's though it would be good to read he fault code first.
