Would a discovery back axle swap straight onto my 1986 90??

I am in need of some advice, I am in the middle of rebuilding my 1986 90 I am fitting a 200tdi and would like to fit a back axle with discs, what would be the most compatible axle to use? And also what work is involved? Can anybody help!!

yes ,just make up two pipes for calipers
