I have been handed down a (I think) 1974 Series 3? It started being restored 20+ years ago then was forgotten about. Mechanically I have no idea what condition it’s in but the body work isn’t too bad and there are spare doors and bonnets. It had a new chassis before it was forgotten about so it’s immaculate. Is this something worth taking on? Or should I just sell as it is?

Welcome to the forum.

I would ask int Series forum where they will have a betterer idea of the cost of repair and the work involved

If it's been stored in the dry then it's probably in very good condition for it's age. And a lot of it original anorl.

Reckon it depends if you like landys or not. Is likely to be be a long road but worth it if you love it. What's it worth to you? Any personal connection? Like @Hippo says, get onto the series guys if you're serie-ous :)

Get more pic's of it too to put on ere. If it's very original the price will go up. I know of someone at LR would looks out for series tratters for them to buy and do up.
