I own a 2000 td5,when the brakes are applied at over 50 mph,the steering wheel wobbles,at under 50,it wobbles less the slower you go,at 30,you cannot notice it.i`ve been told that its a buckled alloy,a mis-shapen tyre or a warped disc,any more idea`s???
Warped disc if it only happens under braking, any pulsing on the pedal?
No, waste of money on a tank, OEM are well up to the job with Mintex pads. Don't forget, new discs need to be bedded in with gentle braking for the first couple of hundred miles or you may warp them.
I use Island 4 x 4, don't know the price for the Disco but cheap enough for the P38 so probably similar. New pads should also be fitted.
