hey all, as the title describes really, was fine the other week when bought and has gradually got worse, drives fine and goes up in speed fine but as it comes to the end of stopping it wobbles fro a few seconds then levels out again, have checked for mud in the rims and nothing there, dont think it's warped disks as it would wobble all through the braking period? and if it was unbalanced tyres it would wobble on the way up through speed too?

also seems to be some vibrating while driving which i'm sure wasnt there b4 :S

any info would be great :)

cheers

have had a quick look around all the ball joints yesterday, the sterring drop arm was a bit loose so i tightened that but still no joy

The steering damper isn't a likely cause of wobbling. Had a similar problem a while back turned out to be play in a front wheel bearing.

if the bearings are good . check the tires and rims .jack it up turn the wheels and see if they run straight and true . place something near the wheel as it turns to see if there out of round

if they were buckled would they not wobble all the time? will check it too thought just incase :)

Unfortunately this is a fault with miriad possible causes check all ya bushes, bearing and anything even remotely connected to axles and steering inc rear axles, Aframe and trailing arms

Nope, my had a low speed wobble 10-35mph swapped tires diagonally front to back and it changed to less of wobble and only at 30-35, I then found the rear nearside tyre was out of shape swapped for spare and no more wobble.

Cheers
