Welcome.Are you sure its the button and not the heated seat its self? Does the light over the button come on? Heated seats are common to fail. Index of Range Rover Mechanical Information
Button is mechanically broken. Light above button doesn't come on. Thanks for the URL, I found Heated Seat Repair on Range Rover 4.0/4.6
However, it doesn't explain which wires to be shortwired to bypass the button. You know which cables? Thanks!!!

Take out the panel and see if you can trace the wires to the switch,if not you should be able to get a second hand one fairly cheap id have thought.
