wiring mayhem ??

hi ive done a engine swap from a air con 300tdi 5door, to a non air con 3 door doner car, and my wiring out of the 5 door didnt fit so had to stick with the dodgy one that came with the 3 door (dodgy as in clips been cut of and clip not there were they are on the 5 door loom) so im at a total loe im ok with wiring but not making looms up lol, so basically my problems are as follows,

thermostat housing has 2 clips underneath it but not on loom, are these air con clips ?or is it the clips cut of the loom off need rewiring somehow ?

getting no temp on dashboard, but little green wire is connected under thermostat housing, i think thats temp sender, (worked in old car fine)?
could it be a foocked wire as it worked b4 ?

no oil light on dash, is this the sensor above the oil filter as loom has 2 wires hanging there but old one had 1, ?

lastly no glow plug light on dash, but engine runs fine ?
