wiring for audio.

hi all,what eeeffiinnn colour is the live feed for a freelander 2003 td4,
i have read that it is purple,the only purple wires in my dash oyl are
speaker wires,i have tried all the other wires for a live but not a spark,
the old cd,radio worked before i took it out.
is there a wire thief about. lol.

Yup - purple
but there are also a pair of purple wires for one of the speakers

and it looks like the green/white is the ignition +ve feed.

cheers for that xpuser,methinks someone previously has
had a change of something & used a different colour for
the live,lower down in the wiring harness somewhere.
