wires

Can anyone point me in the right direction as to what the spare connections are for after the H4 headlight ant the 2 for sidelight and indicator, also and a one that will really help is why has the alarm siren connector got an orange and black wire spliced together.
Im guessing the orange and black are spliced together to give a feed to the horn to sound when locking it on the fob but can i splice more together so i dont have to replace the sired unit,
