Wipers won't return to home!

MOT coming up and my windscreen wipers have decided to go on the blink. They work fine in the fast and medium position but won't return to home when I turn them off they just stop where they are. Won't work at all in the downward delay position.
Any ideas what the problem is????

the motor's park switch is gone which means new motor is needed

Mine did the same and I just changed the park relay works fine £12.50, it is clipped on the side of the motor and can be accessed through the passenger side of the dash.
Search Lucas 520160 on e bay.

Nice one cheers I'll try the park relay first then the motor if that doesn't work

I've changed the park switch on the wiper motor and it's made no difference. Do you think the motor itself is broken? Nothing happens at all when I put the wiper stalk in the down position but the wipers move in the medium and fast positions just not returning home and the wipers don't move when I wash the Windows
