Hi,

Whenever i use my wipers they keep going once switched off and dont stop with any sort of rhyme nor reason. They also seem to be wiping outside the standard arc. Any ideas of what is wrong?

In relation to the wipers continueing after they are switched off it sounds like the park switch is at fault. A replacement is easy to fit and costs about £10.

Worn spindles are quite likely to be the cause of notchy or erratic wiping. Try removong the drive cable'rod and wiper arms and then turning the spindles around 120-180 degrees and then re-fitting.

You could also try cleaning the park switch with WD and getting rid of all the crap build up.

That might even save you a tenner!!
