Added a few winter upgrades recently. Cab partition, heater intake cover, 240 power supply into cab to power cab pre heater, homemade rad muff and a yellow top to ensure good starting.

How cold does it get where you are?!?!

I made a very simple snow muff out of 20mm closed cell foam literally slotted down back of a bar and under bonnet. Simple

Partition is just so Im warming the cab only and not the whole interior.

Bought the landy more or less as it is last april. Changed tyres and made a spare wheel carrier and thats about it. Roof was white so sprayed that.
Headlights/ grill upgrade from Paddocks

I just used some cardboard as a rad muff

;)

nice landie carlos...

re rad muff..
I got a big lump of cardboard tucked between front of rad and grill panel,
with enough extra folded over top of rad wiv tappets adjusting numbers written on it ;) I keep it under the rear carpet in the warmer months....

but for our most extreem cold of late, I also use a standard sized rubber floor mat outside the front grill held in place by the grill locating screws, then the bonet slams shut on the edge of mat, making sure I get a flow of air for me Intercooler.....
(if in doubt-just rip it out)

as my "vicious" fan is as tame as a pussycat,
(new viscous bit due to be ordered)
I have to keep a check on temp gauge to make sure it dont get too hot..

Mmmm like warm `n toasty.......
