Freelander 1 Windscreen wiper, drizzle settings

Hi, i have 2004 Freelander face lift model, and on the windscreen wiper lever the drizzle setting doesnt work, the one that controlls the timing.. i was wondering if there is some sort of relay to it or do i just have to buy a new lever?

The intermittent setting is controlled by the CCU, so you will need to do some investigation, before randomly buying parts. I'd check column switch it actually switching first. Then move to the next item in the control circuit.
