Windscreen mount thingies

Well summer is coming and I'm looking to get me top off and fold down the windscreen.
Problem i need some windscreen mount thingies to go on me bonnet but i cant find any details on them or a supply.
You know the things that stops your wind screen from bouncing up and down on the bonnet and ties it down.

So does anyone know what they are called officially and where i can get some.
