Hi can anyone tell me if there is a trick to replacing the sliding glass on my 110 csw as I broke one trying to shut it and have bought a whole side of ebay an need to now how to take one out, and put it back in again. cheers parrieboy.

if its a genuine one there is a rubber trim seal in a groove on outside remove that then there is a row of pop rivets drill out and swap over simples ,,not sure how to swap just the glass tho

If your taking the frame out, why do you need to remove the rubber to drill the pop rivets?

To swap the glass you have to take the frame out anyway, and then take the frame in two - its a pain in the arse to do - just swap the frame, and re-poprivet it back in - mine was swaped in about and hour

you only need to drill jus over half the rivets...do all the bottom then 1/2 -3/4 of the side ones un do the screw thats in the gulley pull frame outwards.then pull bottom away from the top windows should be loose enough now to remove.if you take whole frame out its a cnut to line up etc etc. i used to do vechile window tinting and we did it this way on hundreds of landy's.

Great tip Ned... I need to remove mine to get rid of mold and cure a rattle

... but I will button it back up, drill out the ones I missed and replace so I have nice matching rivets.
