So iv been driving round in the 90 this morning and out of nowhere my windows started to steam up very quickly, I turned the heater speed up and it made it even worse.
It's a normal sunny and dry day today, a bit cold, but my windows shouldn't be steaming up.

My first thought is that my heater matrix is knackered?? Anybody else had this happen before?

yes.......... you are correct

moisture build up, could be a leak in your heater core

I thought so, I'll pick myself up a new one tomorrow! It worse on the left hand side of the screen where the matrix is so that makes sence.

I'll drive round with the windows open for now so it doesn't steam
up :)

i'd check there isn't just water in it. take the plastic tube off and stick a torch inside to see if there's a puddle

what he said ^^^^^^^.

You might need to massage the rubber drain bung with yer finger and even add some more water to help soften up the mud or whatever is causing the blockage.
I cut the stupid rubber drain tit off as it was always getting bunged up. I dont envisage wading that deep so now I simply have a drain hole that actually drains. Not had a problem since.
