Where was that and how long ago. Want mine doing but was quoted £250 minimum. Thought about doing them myself but its not my thing, will be full of air bubbles, won't meet the edges and will probably start peeling within a week.

If you take your time and use plenty of applicator fluid (ie washing up liquid and water) it's easy. Takes about 15 minutes a window and costs about £30 for a car.

I do vinyl cut signs on the side and the vinyl supplier sell window tint, £10 per metre, 610mm wide.
I'll have to youtube it for destructions.

dont bother trying to do it yourself!!! i tried it before it was like the hardest thing ever i got so frustrated and wasted loads of money on a stupid kit.

its not that hard to do, just be patient with it and do it indoors if possable and fit the film 2mm inside the glass edge and then seal with clear nail varnish to stop it peeling. ;) have always done mine and never had a problem although i did my disco outside on a windy day DOH!!! and just road dust on the film.
